Always hot on the latest trends, Ministry of Sound have exclusively created a digital only work out product for iTunes: FIT IN 4

FIT IN 4 is our own high intensity interval training workout brand, based on ancient Japanese technique Tabata.

If a little explanation is needed before you rush out to download, let us be your guides to your brand new fitness regime.

Firstly, what is HIIT?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. It’s basically the lazy girl’s guide to losing fat quick time.

Secondly, what is Tabata training?

In a nutshell… Tabata timing is a 4 minute revolutionary workout you based on 20 seconds of maximum effort work of your selected exercise (i.e. high knees) followed by a recovery of 10 seconds (i.e. light jog on the spot). In short it’s 20 seconds exercise / 10 seconds rest, repeated eight times lasting a total of four minutes.

Thirdly, who is Lindsay Jay?

Lindsay Jay is a talented fitness coach and Tabata master. We’ve teamed up with her to produce a unique product offering on the iTunes store: 4 exclusive workout videos that are easy to follow and over in minutes (literally).

Where can I do my Tabata workout?

ANYWHERE! Living room, hotel room, kitchen, bedroom, garden… you get the idea! Anywhere you have ample space and can follow our FIT IN 4 videos.

So the question you now have to ask yourself is…  Are YOU ready to get FIT IN 4?
