It's finally happening, Breakbot and regular collaborator, Irfane, announce that follow up album is "Almost done"

 

 

The announcement came yesterday on Breakbot's Instagram with the above post. Aside from Justice, Breakbot is the most exciting artists on celebrated label, Ed Banger and his second album is guaranteed to be A Big Deal. His last album was a tour de force of modern disco and funk, and was even released on a limited edition chocolate record! 

Here are five reasons to be excited about what the Frenchmen are cooking up.

 

1) Breakbot - "Baby I'm Yours" Feat. Irfane

The track that launched both artists' careers and is now a bona fide classic. We'll never get tired of this song.

 

2) Hudson Mohawke - "Very First Breath" Feat. Irfane

Irfane profile had exploded with huge feature on the lead single fromHudson Mohawke's colossal new full length, Lanterns.

 

3) Breakbot & Irfane - Bedtime Stories

Probably the closes clues to what the new album will sound like - Breakbot and Irfane teamed up for a DJ tour last year and recorded this mix.

Another high profile feature for Irfane on UK producer and Ed Banger labelmate, Riton's "The Same".
