24 hours of music from us on our 24th Birthday

It's 24 years to the day since we first flung open the doors to our iconic South London club. Since then the clubbing culture, the music industry and the world have undergone significant change, but one thing has always remained true to Ministry of Sound - the music.

So to celebrate our 24th year at the forefront of dance music and club culture, we got 24 members of staff to put together an hour of their favourite party music, then put them all together in a mammoth 24 hour YouTube playlist.

We got people from across our business to contribute, from members of the club team, to A&Rs to front of house to residents, to radio presenters to the editorial team. Our selection covers a huge range of tastes and music from the almost every year of dance music, so you'll have to forgive us if there are a few left-field tempo changes along the way.

We hope you enjoy this playlist as much as we enjoyed making it, and if you manage to make it through from start to finish, let us know on social media and who knows, we might even give you a pat on the back.

And if that wasn't enough music for you, on Saturday we managed to convince our impressionable presenter, Mike Wooler, to stay up for an entire day and broadcast a 24 hour non-stop radio show. We're pleased to announce that he made it through with his dignity, limbs and sanity intact and you can listen to the highlights - distilled into 2:40 minutes, naturally - below.
