A few weeks back one of America's most celebrated DJs visited our shores for a whistle-stop mini-tour of the UK and Ireland. Taking in sold out shows in Manchester, London and Dublin these were to be his last UK dates of 2016, so when he invited us to tag along for the Manchester - London stretch we jumped at the chance.
