This week is the SoundOf a big night out, from Joe Bennett

 

 

This week's SoundOf mix comes courtesy of our very own Joe Bennett. Joe is one of our crack team of DJs on the Capital Weekender and also works in-house as our curation manager. As someone who knows how to expertly craft musical journeys in all their forms, we had to get him in for a mix. Joe's mix is firmly for the floor, with a blistering selection of high energy house and techno. As Joe himself says:

"This mix started life as an eclectic mix of Disco, House, Techno and Garage; but ended up as a full-on hour of my favourite club tracks from the past seven years. Musically it includes some of my biggest influences from the likes of Joris Voorn, Pryda, Butch and Daft Punk. The mix was recorded in one take then automated in Abelton. Enjoy."
