One of London's hardest working DJs, Hutch, is in the mix for us this week

 

 

You never quite know what you're going to get from a Hutch DJ set, a music aficionado through and through he's known for intelligent explorations of garage house and techno. His club sets are packed with the kind of groove, soul and energy that turns a night into a blur of dancefloor moments.

For his SoundOf mix he's crafted a journey through old school house flavours with some little-known gems and more vibes than you can shake a stick at. We'll let the man himself explain:

 

" This mix is more representative of one side of my sounds as I would need a good few hours to delve into everything I like to play. This is a mix that has more of an old school feel in a way and represents a few of my influences as well, alongside some new bits. A couple of the early 90's house tracks are tracks that I nicked off my dad that I've never actually heard anyone else play ever so some of them are a bit personal so I hope people enjoy :) " - Hutch
