Daft Punk Are 3:1 Favourites To Replace Beyonce At Coachella
Now that Beyonce has had to pull out of her Coachella headline slot, the rumour mill is in overdrive. While we have zero concrete information on who will be taking her place at the Californian Festival, UK bookies, Betfair, have sparked a surge of speculation after they released odds saying Daft Punk was their favourite at 3:1. Following them was Jay-Z at 5:1, lady Gaga at 7:1 and Kanye West also at 7:1. We're getting sick and tired of waiting for a Daft Punk live announcement, but who know maybe we'll finally get lucky.
There's Now A Music Festival For The Deaf And Hard Of Hearing
The world's first fully hard of hearing accessible festival will take place in May this year. Good Vibrations will include live captioning, American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, T coiling, front row seating, vibrating backpacks and a visual light show to sync with performances. The event is the brainchild of Aid The Silent, a non-profit focusing on the deaf community. All proceeds will go to one of their four branches - deaf resources, deaf education, deaf ministry and deaf research. More info here.
