Making Friends With is a new series were we get to know DJs in some of their favourite hangouts.

 

 

A few weeks ago we jetted off to Ibiza for the 10th annual IMS Conference. We had a packed scheduled of talks and keynote speeches, but we also managed to meet up with a few of our favourite DJs.

First up was Radio 1's Monki. Monki had appeared as part of the Health Vs Hedonism panel to discuss the effect of touring on mental health and how to DJs can keep healthy on the road.

Monki is gearing up to release volume 5 of her Monki & Friends compilation. This time she'll be featuring Deniz Sulta, Citizenn, Melé, Altern8 along with her first foray into production.
