‘This Is The Sound’ with Emma Hewitt, Christina Novelli, Roxanne Emery, welcoming a trio who have individually graced Ministry of Sound before whilst exhibiting a myriad of performance styles. That’s the serene LIVE vocals of Emma Hewitt, Christina Novelli and Roxanne Emery, plus the energetic disc jockey ethos of Christina herself – therefore meaning “This is the Sound” provides a diverse combination of live PA with DJ performance to create a unique and engaging spectacle. This fusion will only enhance their impact together with daring track selections and close interaction with the dance floor - ably assisted by progressive star Ashley Wallbridge returning to Ministry after two years. This is the sound of Friday night! See below for pick from each to be played (and sung) on the night!

EMMA HEWITT’S CHOICE

Delerium ft. Sarah McLachlan - Silence (Tiesto's ‘In Search Of Sunrise’ Remix)

"This will always be my all-time fave trance classic and when dropped at the right moment on any dance floor gives me absolute chills.  This song was my introduction into just how emotionally affecting great trance music could be and Sarah McLachlan's vocal on this track goes beyond being a performance; it's almost like a meditation and the feeling she conjures is just the essence of escapism, freedom and connection with all around you - that's the essence of trance for me."

CHRISTINA NOVELLI’S PICK

Andrew Rayel & Christina Novelli - "Lighthouse"

One of my latest releases, a collaboration with Andrew Rayel which features on his album Moments is an energetic, sing along, dance floor pleaser which is sure to get the energy going in the gallery box! To see the crowd singing along to these vocals always gets me super hyped so I'm really looking forward to seeing this happen at the iconic Ministry of Sound!

ROXANNE EMERY’S PICK

Dash Berlin ft Roxanne Emery - "Shelter" (MaRLo Remix)

I have chosen this record for a few reasons! It’s a very special track to me and the lyrics mean a lot to me. I put a lot of my emotions into writing this track and to still hear it being played now warms my heart! I also chose this remix because I am writing a track at the moment with MaRLo, he has done an amazing remix for this track so I have no doubt he will do the same with our new one!
