Everyone's favourite disaster, Fyre Festival, is back in the news as the organiser, Billy McFarland, has been charged with fraud.
McFarland, who pled not guilty to fraud back in October has now admitted misleading investors in court and could face up to 40 years in prison.
His hearing will take place in a New York court room in June.
